The revenue of Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) during Jan increased by 22% to 44,717 systems as when in comparison to 36,718 systems marketed in the corresponding month of 2011. The firm's home revenue increased by 20% to 41,369 systems in Jan as against 34,601 systems marketed during Jan 2011.
The exports during Jan increased by 95% to 3,348 systems as when in comparison to 1,713 systems shipped out in the corresponding interval of last season.
Moreover, Tata Motors had posted good revenue numbers during Jan, seeing 16% jump. This consisted of exports of 87,465 systems as when in comparison to 75,423 marketed in the same interval of 2011. The home revenue hopped by 11.85% during Januray to 33,900 systems from 30,306 systems marketed in Jan last season. The exports increased by 22.9% to 16,001 systems as when in comparison to 13,010 systems shipped out in the like interval of 2011.
